Her expertise spans quantity surveying and estimating (early feasibility, detailed take-offs, mark-ups, and Bills of Quantities), tender management and negotiation, competitive analysis via EstimateOne, contract administration, and client-side project and development management across the full project lifecycle. She also has experience in forensic investigation and rectification, delivering projects across owner's corporation remediation works.
Mina is focused on delivering well-considered outcomes that balance functionality, design intent, and commercial objectives. She works closely with clients, architects, and consultants to guide projects from concept through to completion, ensuring solutions are practical, coordinated, and cost-effective.
She brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach, with expertise in design management and consultant coordination, design review and buildability, value engineering, stakeholder liaison, and programme management. Mina is driven by solving design and construction challenges and ensuring each stage of the project contributes to a high-quality, cohesive outcome.
